Job Description - This is an NSM role for the skincare portfolio for a leading FMCG personal care organisation headquartered in India.
Client Details : Our client is a leading Indian brand in the Personal Care domain with a very strong footprint in India across offline and online trade. They are looking for a National Sales Manager for GT trade to lead the India GT (skincare) business for them and report into the President Sales.
Description:
The incumbent would report into President - Sales and be responsible to:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Work in an organisation which delivers faced paced growth
