&nbsp;Role Objective: To manage and monitor the existing LFS channel and increase penetration of the brand PAN India. Key Responsibilities : Sales &amp; Operations :&nbsp; - Plan &amp; achieve sales Targets for the given Channels. - Manage Effecting Secondary sales growth per POS. - Increasing Categories in the existing doors. - Check on the Marketing communications as per the company's demand. - Leveraging partners offers and schemes. Customer Relationship Management :&nbsp; - Manage the day to day operations of LFS. - Building good relations with the existing Clients with all dept. - Adherence to SOP's. Business Development &amp; Expansion :&nbsp; - Align new LFS and develop the channel in a strong way - Increase penetration in no of counters per account. Financial Management :&nbsp; - Ensure the onboarding of all new partners as per the company norms. - Financial Health Check of each partner as per Business Plan. - Timely Collection of payments from all partners &amp; manage aging - Timely reconciliation of accounts with the partners. - All ledgers accountability like DN/CN, C-Forms, Discounts. Inventory Management :&nbsp; - Effective Management of inventory, primary and secondary. - Regular audit &amp; control over the stocks. - Manage MDQ &amp; liquidation of inventory. - Scheduling the timely RTV from all operational doors. - Ensure timely reconciliations for all LFS partners Reporting &amp; record keeping:&nbsp; - Sharing business reports on a timely basis to the reporting manager. - Clubbing and managing the entire authentic sales report from all customers and sharing it on a regular basis. - Keeping records of all reports primary and secondary sales for the customers
