Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop Distribution points which includes Creating, Developing, Retaining and Maintaining relationship with distributors.
2. Budgeting, establishing goals, short & long term. Creating business plan to achieve it.
3. Placing product in sync with global brand positioning for brand building at local level.
4. Creating local exercise and activities for brand building efforts.
4.Launching various scheme in assigned territory for brand awareness.
5.Evaluate Area, Products and Individual performances
6.Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
7. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
8. Setting performance benchmark, roadmap to achieve it. Setting KRA and analysing it.
9. Managing promotional events from conceptualization till completion of scheme.
10. Managing P&L level responsibilities of the channel
