National Sales Manager- MT/Regional Sales Manager- MT

- As a National Sales Manager- MT/Regional Sales Manager - MT, you will be responsible for preparing the Modern Trade (Online and Offline MT) sales strategy & growth plans for the organisation in line with business strategy.
What you will do:
- Delivering Volume, Value Business & Profitability to deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters and driving visibility in Modern Trade
- Developing sound professional work relations with key accounts team at various level, function (Category, Buying, Operation and Commercial) and location
- Ensuring review of business with the Founder Team on sales trends, Market developments and competition as also reviewing the Sales Team and working towards achievement of Budgeted Top line and Profit Targets
- Implementing and monitoring on a regular interval basis TOT with all Key Account Customers to drive effective and sustainable growth
- Initiating Joint Business Planning with Key Account Customers on growth and initiatives to be driven in the chains
- Managing Accounts receivables, debt collection and resolving long outstanding debts
- Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel
- Aligning, executing trade marketing and trade promotions interventions, pre & post sales tracking & analysis of promotions effectiveness with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy
- Working within allocated promotional cost and ensuring effective spending in driving sales and brand building
- Planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts
- Resolving customer's trade issues, complaints and operational matters
Desired Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- MBA in Marketing with 8-12 years of experience
- Prior experience and sound understanding of Modern Trade, eCommerce, and Institutional Sales
- Experience in an FMCG Company in the Sales function at a Regional / National level
- Good grasp of distribution and logistics management
- Good understanding of Marketing and Brand plans implementation
- Networking skills and strong orientation towards customer management
- Ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment
- Sharp negotiation and influencing skills
- Willingness to work 6 days a week
