JOB PURPOSE:
Provide Leadership in Project Business Channel, provide profitable growth, drive productivity in Sales, responsible to drive strategic and tactical execution of Project business
REPORTING STRUCTURE - Tentative indication of reporting. MD & V P Sales

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Should have Project Sales experience in dealing in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Renewable Energy, Steel & Cement etc
Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Professional Qualification in Business Administration will be an advantage
Experience: 15-20 Years of Experience in handling various geographies in India for Projects business. Should have handled large team team size in project acquisition and execution
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business - Responsible for making a growth strategy for Company in projects business for key milestone of 2016 & 2020 in line with Company strategy
- Market Segments -He/She will be responsible for key market segments in O&G Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Industrial Projects, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure Projects in Building, RAIL & Ports
- SEP - He/She is responsible for account Sales Effectiveness Program and drives the sales levers of increasing number of customers, average order value, average order frequency by Sales activity planning, sales reviews & funnel management
- Planning - Is responsible for short/mid/long term planning for projects and maintain project life cycle to generate sustainable revenue stream to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual results
- Cash Flow - Is responsible for efficient efficient cash flow, collection review, consessional forms and negotiate T&C for large businesses
- Coordination - He/She will drive Key Account Management, Global Account Co-ordination and provide strategic direction & account penetration to generate cross selling index
- Seek internal technical guidance from Field Application, Product Management & Engineering function to ensure success. Work with Sales forecasting & Planning to ensure customer commitments are met with scheduling & forecasting
- Resolve customer compliants regarding sales & service with internal coordination
- Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business along with Channel Manager
