- Experience in managing a Sales performance of 50 Crores division
- Availability to travel extensively as needed
- Possessing productive and professional relationships with key stockist
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Monitor and analyse the performance of Field Force and take corrective actions wherever improvements are required
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Hands on experience in Generics market is a must and will be an added advantage
- Should be well versed with Generic Distribution model (Particularly DTS-Direct To Stockiest
