Key Responsibilities:
- Individual would be responsible for Sales planning and forecasting.
- Responsible for overlooking the complete sales operation and achieving the sales targets.
- Drive category penetration & create long term plan for sales organisation.
- Build and manage a motivated, and committed sales team and create a culture of achievement orientation, recognition and reward.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc / B Pharma / B Tech + MBA (Sales and Marketing) with 12+ years of total experience across Sales and Marketing
- Previous experience with Key Account management
- Proven track record of leading sales team of at least 2 Regions.
- Serving Notice period and available to join immediately
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Infant/Paediatric nutrition at National level
- Proven track record in sales as National Sales Manager
