National Sales Manager ( Pharma Organization)
- Will be resposible for domestic, government & semi government instituitional business of the organisation.
- Will maintain and enhance existing institutional business.
- Will develop fresh institutional business.
- Will be the co-ordinator for the execution of all the institutional business with controls and rapport over the RCMs and the customers on two ends with the internal departments in the middle.
- Will be personally responsible for Key Accounts management.
- Will take responsibility in timely clearance of tenders.
Must Competencies:
- Suitable candidate will be minimum Science graduate with 7 years of experience in total in Institutional Sales of which minimum 3 years should be in generic tender business with focus on upto 2 years R.C.
- Should have good contacts in government institutions.
- Should have minimum experience of 2 zones.
- Should have led a team of minimum 10 people.
- Should have process and documentation knowledge of institutions.
- He will be result oriented, good in organising, planning & team building. Should take initiative and have good inter personal skills.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot and get the work done during execution of the R.C.
- Should have corporate business background but aware of government institutions.
- Should be prepared to work with determination for long term tender business during its ups and downs.
