They have aggressive growth and expansion plan for India market and looking for National Sales Manager to be a part of this growth.   KRA's :   - Developing Sales Budget & Forecast, Resource Allocation and Sales Planning Conceptualisation.  - Setting up new Dealer / Distributor network and also enhancing exciting network further.   - Planning and Execution of Marketing Strategies, Promotional Strategy, Customer Engagement, Strategy Pricing and Sampling.  - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.  - Accountable for sales achievement and driving profitable products   - Delivering & driving business objectives of Core & New Products   Ideal Candidate will have :   - MBA from Tier I / Tier II Institute preferred.   - Handling Sales operations at Zonal / Regional Level - ( 3 to 4 States minimum).   - Hands on experience in expanding & establishing Channel/Distribution network across the geographies.   - Geographical experience of handling 4 - 5 states volume based product line in Pharma or FMCG Industry.  - Managing large sales team.
