We are Hiring for National Sales Manager for Pharma Company at Mumbai Location.

Job Description :

- The candidate should have proven ability of handling more than 75 to 100 cores sales turnover annually with the support of 300 plus people including filed managers reporting to him. He should be working as a National Sales Manager / Sales Head He must be a dynamic, go getter and trend setter with the desire to remain on a cutting edge, drive new business through key accounts and establish strategic partnership, dealer relationships to increase channel revenue. Outstanding success in building & maintaining relationships with doctors /medical fraternity, establishing large volumes, high profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty will be essential qualities and are prominently required.

- He should be a proactive planner with dexterity in identifying & adopting emerging trends to achieve organizational objectives. Extensive experience in leading the growth expanding services and products to existing customers, promoting new products, securing new customers and focusing on divisional segmentation strategy. Exceptionally well-organized with a track record that demonstrates self motivation, creativity and initiative to achieve both personal and corporate goals.

Business Development :

- Ability to support and work closely with PMT for formulating long term/short term strategic plans, work out Annual Operation Plan & budgets to enhance sales, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region. Driving sales initiatives & achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of return on investment and exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference and drive volumes

People Management :

- Recruiting, mentoring to the sales team for ensuring optimum performance to deliver quality services in market.

- Planning individual / team goals to achieve pre set sales targets within time span & cost parameters.
