Our client is a Global biopharmaceutical company driven by people and science to set benchmarks in patient outcomes across therapy areas of Women's Health, Critical Care and Emergency Medicine.

Position : National Sales Manager , Lagos, Nigeria

- Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and implement plans for the assigned products in line with overall country strategy

- Lead the execution of marketing strategies to support sales as well as product positioning and branding

- Plan and deploy appropriate sales and business models to achieve strategic intent

- Monitor country sales and marketing activities to ensure that they are legally and ethically compliant in line with regulatory, local, and BSV policies

- Coordinate with business support to drive primary and secondary market re search and collate market and competitive data to support development of strategic plans

- Monitor the establishment of plans like the Field Coverage Plan, Sales and Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan etc. and execution of planned marketing strategies and consumer and customer loyalty programs

- Drive process automation/ improvement initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness - Sales achievement

- Market penetration

- Efficient cost management

- Sales performance Stakeholder Management - Identify and nurture key external and internal stakeholder requirements es pecially KOLs and KBLs

- Agree and align the Sales team around principles and behaviors that will be demonstrated and applied while dealing with internal and external stake holders in a collaborative and authentic manner

- Proactively offer help and support to stakeholders and build goodwill and currency with them

- Level of collaboration and support given to stakeholders - Stakeholder feedback

- Reduction in number of escalations and conflicts

- Number of cross functional projects done to gether MIS & Reporting

- Lead the generation of relevant and accurate data/reports for efficient Leadership decision making process

- Accurate and real time data - Strategic impact of data leveraged

Team Management:

- Identify staffing and capability requirements for the team

- Systematically allocate tasks, review performance, encourage initiatives and recognize good work

- Plan and oversee capability building in both functional and managerial dimensions of the team

- Take charge of building an engaged and high performing workforce in Sales team.

- Special Initiatives

- Champion the involvement from country's sales team to create impact, and improve efficiency of strategic initiatives towards organization transformation

- Stakeholder feedback

- Initiatives implement

Senior pharma sales professionals who are currently working in Nigeria or at least 3 years of recent experience in Nigeria is a must criteria.
