- End to end administering the personal loan business and executing the targets set by the organization.

- Handling the team of Zonal Managers / Regional Managers, 300 - 400 people under the span of control

- Timely imparting training on product line to team members with a view to build a strong sales team.

- Diversify the sources of business generated by making strategic tie-ups with prospective business partners.

- Coordinate various promotional activities to increase the profitability.

- Conduct market analysis & tracking the moves of the competitors
