- Timely imparting training on product line to team members with a view to build a strong sales team.
- Diversify the sources of business generated by making strategic tie-ups with prospective business partners.
- Coordinate various promotional activities to increase the profitability.
- Conduct market analysis & tracking the moves of the competitors
