National Sales Manager - Personal Loan

Job Responsibility:

- Scan the National market and its competitive offerings on a periodic basis; report on emerging trends and business opportunities for the consumer business

- Develop sales growth strategy target market identification, mapping company's offerings to market needs, creating targeted annual / quarterly / monthly sales plans in a fast paced ramp up environment

- In charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets.

- Performance driven role with defined KRAs, including but not limited to top-line / bottom-line targets; along with a team of sales professionals the National Sales Head will be responsible for meeting / exceeding the targets covering the entire

- Sales Life Cycle (Prospecting to Sales covering Order-to-Cash).

- Actively contribute through market intelligence and feedback to contribute to evolution of company's offerings portfolio.

- Leadership Skills - be able to motivate, develop and lead large sales teams

- Customer Centricity - always keep customer first, namely retailers, OEMs, dealers

- Functional knowledge of financial services industry, consumer lending business, and functional knowledge of technology

- Vision - be able to build a sales team for tomorrow, instead of a sales team of yesterday

- Collaboration & team work - with Digital, PQ and marketing teams

- Ingenuity - out of the box thinking in designing products & processes

- Manage Ambiguity & Stress - be able to deal with changing situations, and stress

- The candidate should have 10-13 years of experience in the financial services industry
