Key responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate brand goals and achievement of distributor sales targets within required budgets
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
- Coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals in unison with distribution
- Drives sales through distributor store locations, in-field with distributor sales consultants, internal outbound sales teams
- Controls expense budgets for each distributor and utilizes the expense budgets to support sales growth while maintaining a determined net profit percentage
