Company's current turnover is more that 200 Cr. Pus For the product line.
Job Description :
1. Achieve annual revenue and volume targets for the packaging material for white goods
2. Prepare the sales plan and implement the same
3. Ensure the market coverage by building and maintaining relationship with existing and new clients by providing most economical and desired solutions for the customers.
4. Build strong relationship with key decision makers at customer for continuous business
5. Maintain coordination with Product Development and production teams for ensuring development of desired products and adhering to the supply schedules of the clients.
6. Provide market intelligence to Directors
Candidate Profile :
1. Preferably a technical graduate with MBA Marketing from reputed Management School
2. 15 yrs plus experience in Sales of Packaging solutions or other OE products
3. A out of box thinker with proven track record of customer service and business growth
4. Must have very High professional skills to interact with CXO level of World known MNCs and large Indian organizations
