About our Client - Our client is a leading international pharmaceutical MNC with presence across multiple countries and product portfolios. They are one of the fastest growing healthcare MNCs in India. To be the pioneers in the portfolio they cater to, they are looking to hire a National Sales Manager for their oncology portfolio.
Job Description : Reporting to the Business Unit Head, your key responsibilities will be :
- Complete accountability for the focused on the oncology portfolio
- Creating a category entry blueprint along with the management to strategize on market entry and required resources to achieve the company market share target
- Achievement of top line, market share and bottom line targets for the category by developing short term and long term marketing and sales objectives once resources are in place
- Leverage upon existing relations to drive quick turnaround in market penetration and improve the service reach to the consumer
- Portfolio management and regularly review competitor landscape and pricing strategy
- Efficient utilization of brand support activities (BSA) budgets for the brands assigned by conducting detailed financial planning, monitoring the same regularly
The Successful Candidate: The Successful Applicant would have:
- Prior experience of sales in oncology is a MUST
- Minimum overall experience of 12 years of pharmaceutical sales business, of which at least 1 year should be handling PAN India sales
- Being well connected with KOLs across the region
- Clear understanding of marketing and sales functions such as identifying sales partners, driving regional teams, customer segmentation, brand and product management, brand communication, promotions, market research, etc
