Description
- Establish and maintain effective internal relationships with each functional head.
- Monitor the performance of all of the sales team.
- Prepare necessary plans and budgets, including personnel, capital expenditures, and operating costs.
- Monitor budgets to ensure that expenditures remain within parameters, taking appropriate steps as necessary
Profile
- At least 15 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing sales teams and developing key strategic accounts.
- Business and analytical skills to oversee financial and administrative areas including sales administration, financial reporting, planning and budgeting, sales support, etc.
