About our Client - Our client is a leading international medical devices MNC with presence across multiple countries and product portfolios. They are one of the fastest growing healthcare MNCs in India. To be the pioneers in the portfolio they cater to, they are looking to hire a National Sales Manager.

Job Description: Reporting to the VP - Business Development, you will be responsible for:

- All sales operations across India

- Grow and maintain the customer base by visiting surgeons and hospitals chains to acquire business

- Create specific sales and business plan to meet annual targets while managing the completes sales process

- Identify and manage new business opportunities for the region

- Lead, train and recruit a team of sales individuals for the division

- Monitor region sales performance on an ongoing basis, initiating corrective actions, preparing reports, summaries, analysis and documentation on all aspects of region management

The Successful Candidate:

- Must have at least 15 years experience in sales in wound care and surgical products, candidates coming from medical devices will also be considered.

- The person have high energy levels, strong people handling skills, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of growing business and excellent channel/distributor management.
