Job Description :
- Strategy formulation and execution with Sound Sales and Business acumen,
- Comprehensive P&L management to consistently deliver sustained growth, turn-around and/or divestiture across consumer segments (B2B,B2C) and geographies across India.
- Should be adept with Consumer behavior and upcoming trends and should devise service strategy that is best in class in the Industry.
- Responsible for delivery of the overall multi brand verticals towards higher growth trajectory.
- Ensure that the sales profitability is delivered through prudent expense management, resource (staff) management and optimizing the other market & business related expenses.
- Heading Sales Business Verticals and is responsible for its entire Top and Bottom line, and Strategy formulation / Sales Execution of its
- Short and Long term business Strategies in line with overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- Identifying and expanding the existing Business towards newer geographies by means of channel, distribution network and business Restructuring,
- Develop competitive sales strategies in both known and unknown terrain markets with devised Go-To-Market Strategy that are best in class in creating higher topline revenues towards sustainable growth.
- Extensive drive in formulating collaborative partnerships with Distributors and strategic partners.
- Responsible for delivery of Strategic Initiatives. Driving disruptive accelerated delivery of key organisation mandates.
- Investing for Growth, Growing Revenue & Shaping the Culture by focusing on improving Associate Experiences & by driving Continuous Improvement across sales and service functions.
- Leading the services led transformation strategy for the Group - driving the change to become a services and solutions company.
- Responsible for driving sales growth of customer services in India & neighboring regions across multiple business segments.
- Custodian of market and competitor intelligence and proactive developer of strategies to maintain the Company's competitiveness in India.
