Role National Sales Manager, Luxury Automobile
Reports to Head
Delhi/NCR
Job Repsonsibilities
- Plan and propose annual sales targets, determine and monitor dealer-wise targets in order to deliver target commitments.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for the brand in terms foot print, innovative sales channels, creating awareness and reaching out to new customer audiences.
- Launch and sustain products in the Indian market while maintaining competitiveness and profitability to drive business growth and market share.
- Monitor, track and support Dealer partners in achieving wholesale and retail targets, agreed in yearly Dealer Business Plan meetings.
- Provide support to Dealers for Sales Pipeline, Inventory, Stock Management, Options upselling and Dealer Staff Incentives.
- Introduce Sales incentives/allowances for dealerships, motivating sales personnel and achieving retail targets.
Work experience, Leadership experience :
- Minimum 6-8 years- experience in Sales (Luxury/Premium Automotive Segment)
- Experience in Volume Planning and Product Management
- Leadership Experience in Steering Retail/ Channel Partners
- Automotive Enthusiast
- Professional Experience and/or sound understanding of Automotive in the Premium/Luxury segment
- Understanding of Premium/Luxury brand environment and customer is essential
