About our Client - Is a leading MNC in the life sciences and diagnostics industries. The organisation manufactures and develops a wide range of laboratory instruments, diagnostic and medical screening products and reagents used for genetic testing, blood testing and monitoring, genomics and drug discovery. The organisation is looking to enhance its market leading position in India and looking to bring on board a National Sales Manager for the Life Sciences division.
Job Description - Reporting to the Sales Director - Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the sales and marketing for the life sciences division
- Achievement of top line, market share and bottom line targets for the category by developing short term and long term marketing and sales objectives
- Responsible for direct selling and channel management
- Portfolio management and regularly review competitor landscape and pricing strategy
- Leading a large team on a pan India basis while ensuring efficient portfolio management
The Successful Candidate:
- Must have a minimum of 12 years experience in Regional/National level sales roles with an MNC in the life sciences industry.
- The candidate must have excellent channel/distributor management experience and come with strong business and financial acumen.
- The person must be a result oriented professional with the ability to lead large teams.
