To build and manage a team of Area sales managers / Sales Managers/ Relationship managers for sourcing of Secured Loans - Rest of India (LAP). Excluding North & Gujarat.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Responsible to build and manage the secured portfolio.
2. Recruit, train and lead the secured team in ROI.
3. Sourcing of Secured Loans (LAP) through a team of ASMs, RMs and SMs.
4. Build distribution by recruiting, training and managing channels. Conduct regular channel visits, monitor their performance and ensure compliance with the organisations policies related to channel management.
5. Liaise with the credit and operations teams to ensure processes and policies are adhered to.
6. Be responsible for the quality of portfolio sourced. Liaise with the collections team to ensure delinquency is kept under control.
7. Address customer queries/complaints and ensure Customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure that the sales process is compliant with the organisations
