Job Purpose:
i. Manage business and distribution for Business Banking (self employed) LAP for all location Pan India.
ii. Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met. .
iii. Managing front line sales (RSM>SM/ASM) for driving business
iv. Managing key/strategic relation like Corporate DSAs etc and other channels like Branch for creating lead funnel.
Managerial Responsibilities:
i.Drive business plan of organisation.
ii. Manage sales team to build LAP portfolio
iii. Manage relation with stakeholders like Credit, Operations etc to ensure smooth loan processing and onboarding journey.
iv. Manage various distribution channels
v. Stakeholder management
vi. Interpersonal skills
Functional Responsibilities:
i. Develop & drive business plan and strategy for growth in business banking LAP portfolio
ii. Create working plan for volume scale up (topline) with profitability for meeting defined target (NII, PF)
iii. Develop and enhance channel sales and support functions (DSA, connector, Direct business etc)
iv. Preparing a detailed input for P&L, budgets, employee of Regions. Demonstrate sound knowledge of system, process and business and financial modelling.
v. Manage compliance related aspects like covenant monitoring, audit compliances etc
vi. Engage with credit and operations, risk management, IT, Compliance etc to improve and simplify various policies and processes
vii. Participation in recruitment of Sales team including RSM/regional leadership
viii. Establish team performance matrix, expectation and regularly review performance.
ix. Identify and provide skill based training to enhance capabilities of team
x. Manage portfolio quality (delinquency) , profit, enhance productivity.
xi. Manage cross sell and upsell of products
xii. Manage assigned collection effort through sales team.
