JOB SUMMARY:

- Managing a team & handling KCC sales to ensure achievement of targets against budgets.

- Drive Cross-sell of KCC client base of the Bank.

- Work closely with the analytics & campaign management team of the bank to drive campaigns on this client base for KCC sales.

- Manage top management & key stakeholders in the KCC business to boost referral based business.

- Identification of partnerships through tie up with companies.

- Developing Alternate channels for agribusiness lending.

- Prepare yearly budget, forecasted market scenario with anticipated growth, imbibe in state team.
