Role - National Sales Manager - Rural Assets (Kisan Credit Cards- KCC)

Grade - GEVP

Location - Mumbai (HO)

- Master's degree in Agriculture/MBA is preferred

- Prior experience in Banks

- The role holder is responsible to provide Working Capital and investment credit to farming communities for Agri and Agri allied activities such as poultry, dairy, horticulture, fisheries etc.

- Manages and controls the operating framework for the department, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and continuous improvement.

- Develops and implements strategic plans in line with the division's objectives.

- Manage profitability - Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels.

- Strong market development sense and vision to capture market share.

- Monitor competitor sales strategy and develop plans to counter the same

- Monitor Volumes, Productivity, Weighted IRR, Cross Sell penetration and delinquency, exception, Service Quality, Product Mix, Channel Mix, Segment Mix, Sanction Rate and Disbursal Rate.

- Implement processes as per policy.
