Roles& Responsibilities: (PAN India)
- Responsible for company's Pan India Sales & Marketing operation for its product range of Ink.
- Perform and coordinate day-to-day activities to meet departmental objectives. Carries our root / cause analysis in more complex problems.
- To implement marketing strategies to build consumer preference and driving volumes.
- To evaluate marketing budgets periodically including manpower planning initiatives and ensuring adherence to planned expenses.
- To effectuate pre-planned sales strategies for accomplishment of performance Milestones.
- To utilize market information & personal network to develop marketing intelligence.
- To evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
- To conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market metrics.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong business partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities.
- Monitoring dealer sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplishing revenue and collection targets.
- Leading & motivating team members to ensure efficiency & target oriented high performance.
- Foster a transparent, ethical and open culture that will enable team work and passion amongst employees.
- Identify high performers and exploit their full potential, enable low performers to up skill themselves.
- Involving self in case of customer dissatisfaction with the product or service. Going deep in resolving the issue.
- Internal- with sub-ordinates to ensure that they push their limits to achieve the shared vision.
