Position: National Sales Manager
Reporting structure (Reports to whom): Business Head
Job Description (in points with specific achievables):
- Responsible for revenue generation for all India sales of Industrial water projects as per assigned budget
- Responsible for formulating the national marketing and sales plan
- Handling the sales team for industrial projects
- Preparation of tenders, client presentation, attending pre bid meetings, attending technical meetings, commercial negotiation, order finalization, conducting project kick off meetings.
- Business Development in sector / segment, sector mapping and account Mapping of all regions nationally
- Development of national Key Accounts, developing and managing relationships with consultants like TCE, Avante garde, UHDE etc
- To track and provide on a monthly basis the competition landscape
- Conducting sales review meetings,
- Coordination with proposal, project and engineering team for smooth execution of projects.
Required profile :
Experience : 20 /25 years of sales experience, in the Water Industry.
Age : 45 years
Compensation : As per industry standards
Education : BE + MBA
