Urgent Opening in Mumbai with a leading Hosiery/Textile Company for the position of NSM (National Sales Manager) for Premium Product.

Job Location : Mumbai( Should have Mumbai Market Knowledge)

Should have experience in selling of Premium Product.

Job Description:-

1) Should have minimum 15 years of experience in Channel Sales Distribution.

2) Should not be more than 45 years of age.

3) Should be from Premiere Institute.

4) Planning monthly sales targets.

5) Implementation and achievement of monthly sales targets.

6) Implementation of regional advertising and sales promotion plans.

7) Inventory management of channel partners.

8) Credit control of channel partner.

9) Forecasting of new product ranges

10) Suggest sales improvement strategies

11) Reporting to Director

12) Recruitment of team members. (sales executives & Area Sales Managers)

13) Motivation & evaluation of team members and channel partners.

14) Manage manpower and attrition.
