Responsibilities :
- Set up & grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels to meet the current and future targets of the Home loan franchise
- To plan and execute the sales acquisition plan for the business,
- Identify opportunities for cross sell and build synergies with cross functional teams
- Create a team to drive sales targets for LAP and Home loans
- To analyze business & competition data and to identify trends & new opportunities
- Sales planning & driving the Sales force.
- Continuously monitor, assess, anticipate, and meet requirements of the field sales and feed data back to product teams for process and policy enhancements.
Should be coordinating with other departments for the work
Works with all segments to ensure they deliver desired productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education : CA/MBA
- Min 5 to 8 + yrs of home loan sales in large retail banks/NBFC
- Min 15+Yrs of experience post CA/MBA
- Required skills : Mandatory Experience of Home loans.
- Product knowledge of Loan Against Property, Mortgage & Home loans.
