Job Purpose : National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales programs, building a sales team, selling products to clients, developing and sustaining satisfied client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and developing and achieving revenue goals. 1. Build up and lead the sales team to achieve the sales targets. 2. Launch upcoming brands in India. 3. Develop strategies for penetrating new markets. 4. Supervise the Regional Sales Managers in the development of their sales strategies, and coach them in the implementation of their strategies. 5. Establish and maintain effective internal relationships with each functional head. 6. Monitor the performance of all of the sales team. 7. Prepare necessary plans and budgets, including personnel, capital expenditures, and operating costs. Monitor budgets to ensure that expenditures remain within parameters, taking appropriate steps as necessary. 8. Contracting, Data Analytics: proficient in the usage of excel 9. Key Account Management, sales forecasting 10. Pricing Other assignment.
