Prime Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities for growth, planning and implementation to tap new opportunities
- Sales Forecasting / Formulating Strategies /Execution in Market Place, Distribution and Inventory Management / Man power Management
- Well verse with Budgeting
- Train, manage, motivate, direct & lead
- Strong in Interpersonal Communication/Cross functional Alignment
- Guiding, monitoring and providing inputs to the team in all aspects
- Establishing distribution network and developing the sales channel for the region
- Responsible for implementation and initiating Market development activities in the region
- Analyzing the market potential and monitoring the competitor activities thru the sales team
- Good hands on in P&L management
