General Trade- National Sales Manager

- As a General Trade-National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing business P&L and revenue generation, launching, building and growing business.

What you will do:

- Building a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance & sustaining a group of motivated employees aligned with the organization

- Directing & motivating the Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and displaying objectives to meet sales targets

- Building up Sales & Distribution infrastructure & implementing annual sales strategy in line with the marketing plans

- Managing and deploying sales and commercial budgets within approved levels to maximize efficiency

- Formulating and streamlining a robust sales strategy to manage business profitability, enhancing product penetration, and raising market share

- Analyzing market trends and competitors' activities and formulating strategies in line with business expansion plans

- Strategizing on marketing campaigns & evaluating the success every month on execution, effective utilization of promotion tools etc

- Providing regular reports/ MIS as per the requirement of the company

What you need to have:

- 12+ years of experience in General trade

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
