National Sales Manager - GT (General Trade)  Location: Bangalore  We are having this opening with one of the leading FMCG company from Middle East.   Looking for someone from FMCG background Only.   Major Functions :  Leads Indian Business Operations to Define & Deliver:  - Volume, Revenue & Distribution Targets  - Credit Control  Adherence to Organization's Policies and Systems:  - Motivated and Professional Team  - Identify, Evaluate and Propose New Business Opportunities  Duties & Responsibilities :  Delivery of Approved S&D Budgets :  - Monitor and Drive Monthly Volume and Revenue Targets   - Monitor and Drive Distribution Expansion, Service, Efficiency, Visibility.  Budgetary and Credit Control:  - Monitor spends in line with Budget  - Monitor and Deliver Monthly P&L  Recruiting, Monitoring, Mentoring & Motivating Team (Internal & External)   - Ensuring Adherence to Organisation's Policies and Systems   - Identify, Evaluate and Propose New Business Opportunities   - Network with Stakeholders and Environment   Special Assignment Responsibilities :  - Taking care of entire sales team, Handles all new project introductions, plans and validates implementation and budgeting.  - Oversees all activities of Sales  - Driving S&D Effectiveness  People Management Responsibilities:  - Coach and develop team and follows up performance against agreed goals.  - Trains and mentors Area Manager on ASM standards through shops visits.  - High level coaching to team members.  Administrative Responsibilities:  - Communicates via email on day to day queries from management.  - Communicates performance, progress and plans to line manager  - Produces and share performance reports and plans with management  - To ensure compliance with regulations of local authorities etc  - To immediately diffuse issues that may arise from inspections/penalties  General Responsibilities:  - Performs any duty assigned by the line  - Processes any cross training as mandated by the line  - Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management
