Job Description:
- Accountable for overall sales strategy and revenue growth of the company on a PAN India basis
- Lead and manage activities for go-to-market strategy, Lead generation, new business development, sales planning and operations, key account management
- Complete ownership of P&L in the organization with a razor-sharp focus on increasing distribution and market share
- Preparing business analytic reports, analyzing performance, opportunities, trends, threats, and taking well planned corrective business actions based on data to drive efficiencies across the business
- Develop and nurture business partners CFAs, CSAs, SS and Distributors
- Track market changes and conduct market research & analysis to map competition strategy
- Play a strategic role in building brands to drive business and sustain profitability
- Interface with internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination to execute company agenda
Candidate Profile :
- The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a premier institute and minimum 10-15 years experience of sale (Both MT and GT) in reputed FMCG companies
