Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:-
- Determining the business strategy and meeting targets along with shaping the organization for future challenges
- Develop and implement the sales and distribution strategies
- Managing business plans to ensure that the revenue and profit targets are achieved
- Working closely with the marketing team and develop the go to strategy
- Developing strategy for increasing sales figures
- Managing the dealer relationships and key accounts
- Leading a team of 85 to 85 individuals with 3 to 4 direct reportees
Profile
You should be 2007-2008 batch only from a Premier B school with at least 10 years of experience in Sales with a major FMCG organization. You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi-cultural teams.
