National Sales Manager - FMCG (7-15 yrs)

Our client - A FMCG distribution organization is looking for for a result-driven National Business Head to manage the P&L of their new business vertical

- The individual will have primary responsibility for managing the business throughput across India focusing both on Sales & Ops growing Top Line & Bottom Line across multiple cities.

- The individual is expected to recruit, train & manage the sales & ops team and will be responsible for P&L, revenues and best in class customer experience.

- The individual is expected to coordinate with sourcing and operations team which would be responsible for starting projects. Needs to coordinate with accounts and finance team to understand regulatory requirements during onboarding of clients.

Responsibilities:

- Directly responsible for achieving the P&L targets.

- Work with senior management in defining Brand experience, sales strategy and work on the execution plan based on the defined strategy

- Work closely with the operations team to streamline day to day Customer / Brands requirements

- Sound Knowledge to managing Operations is equally important

- Build, Lead and manage the Account Management and Sales team for achievement of sales targets and reach as per the plan

- Maintain healthy relations with clients both Brands & Retailers for Win Win

- Conduct Periodic review on the Progress of Business health

Qualifications:

- MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing from Tier 1 B School with 10+ years of professional experience working with FMCG Brands & New Age E-Com companies.

- Working experience of 10+ years with P&L responsibility
