URGENT requirement - National Sales Manager

Position :National Sales Manager

No. Of Requirement : 1

Reporting to : General Manager

Location : Mumbai

Company : For a reputed food processing Organization

Highlights :

- You will work closely with the sales team across our Branches PAN INDIA.

- As the National Sales Manager, you will lead 30 sales professionals and report directly to the General Manager.

- You will be responsible for sales strategy and execution, driving profitable growth and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate expertise in development & implementation of promotions plan and handling communication for brands.

- An out-of-the box thinker with a proven track record of meeting the assigned targets, streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity

- Overseeing marketing and sales operations to achieve growth and bottom-line profitability and initiating market development efforts

- Creating an enthusiastic and successful sales environment and challenging the norm in business.

- Enhanced sales policies & practices, define the sales cycle, create accurate job description and developed standards for customer relationship management.

- Managing the success of the sales team across all India.

- Signing off on ranging concepts, new product opportunities, promotions and point of purchase solutions.

- Nurturing high-level relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

- Managing large corporate accounts at a national level.

- Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels.

- Developing and assessing the national marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention.

- Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition and market research.

- Managing sales budgets and new implementations.

- Developing and presenting effective proposals to all stakeholders.

- Negotiating sales contracts and marketing strategies.

- Increasing sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.

The Successful Applicant :

- You will have a strong sales management background in the FMCG industry with a hunger to progress to the next level.

- Significant experience with a fast paced and high activity field team will be seen as highly advantageous along with demonstrated examples of developing and sustaining high performance teams and winning cultures.

- The ability to lead cross-functionally is vital, as well as the ability to travel regularly interstate as required.

Basic Qualification :

- MBA/PGDM - Marketing or Hotel Industry.

Experience Needed :

- 5-8 years of experience in Horeca/FMCG/Retail/Food/Beverages products sales.

CTC : 12-15 LPA

Must Have Worked With Competitor Companies

Skill Sets Required :

- Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales

- Territory Management, Presentation Skills

- Performance Management, Building Relationships

- Sales Planning, Managing Profitability

- Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.

- Ability to cope with work pressure and to priorities tasks.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- A positive attitude to dealing with people.
