About our Client - Our client is one of the largest FMCG players in the world. Well known for its product portfolio, they are looking for a Sales Manager for the Nepal region. They are an organization with huge presence in India and abroad. They have a strong product portfolio and are one of the market leaders in the East Indian market.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Handling sales and distribution at the ground level for the entire country Nepal

- Handling the retail brand visibility and product display across the outlets

- Developing and managing the counterparts for increasing the sales

- Handling and implementing the consumer engagement initiatives Setting and communicating the individual objectives to the third party team members

The Successful Candidate:

- You should be an MBA from Top Tier B school and should be a pass out from 2010 batch only. An ideal candidate should have prior experience of working in the sales function and willing to relocate to Nepal.

- You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi cultural teams.
