- The role is to oversee Pan India Market with gradual penetration of every state from Urban to Rural on all channels.

- The role would be assisted by respective Regional Managers followed by their team of ASM's and SO's.

- The Channels of both GT and MT should be tuned simultaneously for both market penetration and increase in volumes.

Desired Candidate :

- A proven FMCG Sales Professional having hands on Expertise in controlling a large field force for achieving their targets from every JC without any laxity to the bottom line. Should have worked in highly competitive product range in FMCG where the market coverage would only yield desired volumes.

- Should be capable of handling the competition judiciously and still enlarge market coverage.

- Should be a task master to motivate the teams for higher achievements.

- Those who handled turnover less than 250 crores may not be considered for discussion.

- Should have thorough knowledge of PAN India territories and prepared to travel minimum TWENTY DAYS IN A MONTH initially for later consolidation.
