Description : Sales HEAD

- Responsible for top line and sales volume of all product lines of the business

- Responsible for the development and implementation of annual and monthly sales objectives in alignment with the business plan

- Increase and improve market share and open up new channels for higher growth

- Key Account Management experience is a must.

- Deliver operational excellence in terms of rolling sales forecast and ensure commercial discipline in sales operations

- Work with MD in developing a long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions

- Develop and execute the right marketing and promotional strategy in line with the organizational objectives

- Build and lead a high performing sales team

- Ability to visualize

Candidate Profile :

- Should have be a graduate with 15+ years of experience in managing a Sales & Marketing function nationally or should have managed multiple regions - Channel Management/ Brand Management/ Key Account Manager

- MBAs preferred

- Should have had a track record of achieving consistent growth: should be well networked within the industry: should be business savvy with good commercial acumen

- Should be a strong leader & communicator with collaborative working style: should have an entrepreneurial mind set and be comfortable working in unstructured environments

Age : 40 years.

Compensation : 30-35 Lakhs.

Reporting to MD- Indian Operations.
