Reporting to ( Title) - Divisional Head - Food

Job Description :

1. The purpose of the job is to ensure the achievement of the top line for the assigned product category. Job holder will be responsible for driving the sales through market penetration & expansion.

2. Market Expansion & Penetration: Select the towns and review the status on Distribution monthly and attached incentives on New Distributor opening.

3. Positioning the price along with ATL & BTL support from the Principals determines the success of the product.

4. Expansion of Width and Depth of distribution along with a Proper visibility and shelf space expected to deliver for Principals.

5. Designing the sales strategy branch wise for the brand

6. Forecasting & Budgeting Sales for the brand branch wise

7. AAVA - Retail Management

8. Good understanding of the market & the competition

9. Inventory Management

10. Distributor Expansion/Distributor Expansion

11. Market Research & New Product Launch

13. Exploring expansion opportunities through contineous market research .
