- Manage the P&L and looking for aggressive expansion
- Lead the Sales Force Automation Management
- Own the KRA Metrics Management of the Sales Team

- Develop and execute Trade Marketing initiatives
- Contribute in creating the correct - Go to Market- model
Candidate Profile :
- 15+ years- experience in sales & intensive distribution, FMCG business ONLY
- Incumbent should have a prior strong experience in distribution & GT sales
- Someone who is able to drive the business and grow it
