Job Description : National Sales Manager

- Manage the P&L and looking for aggressive expansion

- Lead the Sales Force Automation Management

- Own the KRA Metrics Management of the Sales Team

- Grow distribution connects and area of presence is important

- Develop and execute Trade Marketing initiatives

- Contribute in creating the correct - Go to Market- model

Candidate Profile :

- 15+ years- experience in sales & intensive distribution, FMCG business ONLY

- Incumbent should have a prior strong experience in distribution & GT sales
