Seeking a Dynamic Country Sales Manager to Drive Growth and Expansion, A Country Sales Manager is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the sales operations within India.
Responsibilities:
- Developing Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets within the designated country or region.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess competitor activity, and anticipate market trends.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales metrics, track performance against targets, and generate regular reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget for the country or region, allocating resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all sales activities.
- Brand Expansion: Build Current and Future AFI Brand in the designated area
Qualifications:

- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
