- Strategic decisions on product placement pricing in key market
- Managing RM's and Sales Team performance
- Performance appraisals / recommendations
- KRA settings
- Network Management o/s etc.
Functional Experience Requirements :
- Manage Sales Team to achieve budget
- Manage Inventory and sell thru of products.
- Forecasting for production
- Planning of budgets for Sales Promotion/ Marketing
- Pricing decision
- Co-ordinate with support functions for Recruitment / Supply/ CNs and other support
