National Sales Manager - Fabric & Apparels (22-30 yrs)

All India Sales Manager - Fabric & Cotton wear based at Pune
The Client :
The Group is a family run organization with established business in high quality cotton wear / hosiery and fabric
The Assignment :
To independently expand & professionally manage the business pan India
a) Business Development
b) Develop a strong network of distributors and retailer outlets
c) Provide strong and visible leadership to the national sales organization with focus on aggressive growth, sales productivity, dealer motivation, range selling and delivery
d) Revenue and P & L Responsibility
e) Drive business growth from 200 to 400cr growth in 3 years
The Person (Candidate Details):
A) Experience :
i) Around 45 to 52 yrs
ii) Male
iii) Graduate + MBA preferred.
iv) At least 5 years of National Sales and P&L head in FMCG/Textile and Apparel Companies
v) Has handled all India business of Rs.400 to 500 crores
vi) Has exposure to e-commerce
vii) Strong experience in channel management
B) Competencies :
i) People Management skills
ii) Excellent Communication Skills,
iii) Assertive, Independent Go-getter, high drive & energy
iv) Proven success in family owned businesses
v) Hands-on field experience
Work Experience : 22 yrs to 30 yrs
