- Further develop network of eyewear retailers in India wise.
- Managing brand visibility and execute various marketing activities to promote secondary sales in the market.
- Planning and reporting various aspects of business like sales, payment collections, branding and customer education.
- Successfully managing primary & secondary sales and payment collection targets and developing scope for new products in the market.
- Managing all salesman India wide and taking care of secondary sales and timely payment collection. Making business plans with ach retailers in conjuncture with salesman.
- Handling and motivating a sales team of 4 associates along with the training so that they could be progressive and aggressive towards sales and on self-development.
- Driving sale from dealers through exciting schemes and offers.
- Conducting periodic training for dealers to give them better knowledge of product and their specification.
- Enhancing the customer experience through Visual Merchandising via our sales force in the field
- Developing profitable business and grow existing base by coaching and driving the ground team.
- Regular co-ordination with CRM team for any type of product complaints of channel partners and end user.
- Continuous co-ordination with Product Manager to provide regular input regarding change in the market dynamics like any changes required in model material, glass, colour and size.
- Generation of Institutional Lead to achieve the sales target.
- Coordination with the supply chain team for timely delivery of order to the customer locations.
- Follow up with the salesman and the clients for timely payment and with the Head office to timely issuance of credit notes.
