National Sales Manager - Electrical Components

Currently hiring a National Sales Manager for Electrical Components for a German MNC in Bangalore.

Job Purpose :

- Sales/marketing of the business/product portfolio Pan India and neighboring countries through direct and distribution channel management.

- Your role will be customer facing and you will be expected to further drive and motivate the experienced sales and marketing team in building an ongoing profitable business to meet the local budget and in particular the group/regional strategic 2020 vision.

- Sales and marketing management,

- Position the company in the local market,

- Financial management and results/reporting,

- People management, etc

Desired person :

- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience (Sales & Marketing) in the industry.

- Sales management experience combined with 10+ years direct B2B sales, selling to established customers / distributors network and developing sales with new customers.

- Previous experience in a senior sales / marketing role working for a manufacturer of electrical components that are sold through regional distribution channels and via direct accounts

- B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics.

- Cross-culturally sensitive, experience in India as well as Western European / German business cultures will be good to have.
