We are hiring for an American Telecom Multinational based out of Gurgaon for their Education Vertical called HGE. I. Basic Mission -&nbsp; - To develop and manage the sales of HGE Products creatively in the corporate /institutional markets &amp; customers in order to maximise market share, overall customer satisfaction and other strategic objectives of the HGE business. - Focus on the effective operation, innovative solutions and resource leadership of Sales and Sales Support people, in their management of the selling, service and relationship activities with customers. II. Main responsibilities -&nbsp; ENSURE - - Find and address opportunities for sale of HGE Products and establish a market focused sales organization that can effectively respond to customer needs. Coaching and development of sales skills and technical proficiency for the Team. Assist in developing account strategies for use of HGE products and services. - Deploy strategies and plans for the short and long term; develop business growth and generate positive sales and revenue streams; maximize revenue through the selling of products/services to existing and new customers - Assist Product team in technical development of products and solutions suitable for the addressable market - Management of a Sales structure including maintaining and enhancing all revenue reports; supervise the Sales team; sales and revenue forecast; and ensure overall client satisfaction. - Conduct regular market surveys to evaluate HGE Product and HCIL Service satisfaction, opportunities and associated risks, and competitor's offerings. PARTICIPATE - Promotion of our products, systems and services through, active participation in industry fairs and events, advertisements, classrooms and customer seminars. - Interface with Field marketing / Product group to successfully address productline opportunities. III. Relationships - Hierarchic: - Reporting to Business Unit Head of HGE IV. Key Performance Factors Core competencies - Good knowledge of institutional sales and the commercial process and procedures of sales. - Technical understanding of the education product and market and current players in the domain for better product positioning and better understanding of the clients- requirements. - Business management and project management skills. - Understanding of P&amp;L - Good Team Management capabilities Key behavioral factors - Good decision making skills - Ability to think creatively - Interpersonal skills at various levels with customers, partners, suppliers and sales &amp; support team. - Excellent presentation and communication skills Complementary Knowledge(degree, training) - Degree(Engineering preferred) with first class. - MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed institute - Relevant Experience of 10+ years - Age not more than 40 years. V. Location - Gurgaon with a fair amount of travelling
