National Sales Manager - Education - IIM

Profile :We're ideally looking for:

- A bright academic background (IIM or similar).

- 10-15 years' field sales experience including having done direct sales and having led teams of at least 20-50 people.

- Has a proven track record in achieving Sales target, strong Business Development experience and a strategic bend of mind.

- At least 3 layers deep (self->reportees->reportees) so should have had experience in mentoring reportees on how to manage their teams.

- Someone who can related to the organizations philosophy and take it to new heights.

Compensation - Compensation will be reasonably competitive.

Location - Ahmedabad ( Initial 4-6 months)
