Position objective:

- Achieve market leadership for company's Information's Business Process Services.

- Planning and implementing sales strategies by continuous monitoring of the market to gauge the market trend

- Guide and Coach the respective location Sales Managers

- Competition Churn - robust action plan and corresponding execution to kill competition

Professional experience, skills, knowledge, and special expertise required:

- Should have 10-15 years experience

- Should have proven Business Development experience in BPS with a solid track record of growth delivered.

- Excellent understanding and proven implementation of processes in verticals like BFSI, Healthcare/Pharma, Government/PSU preferred.

- Proven experience in DMS and BPM software sales will be an added benefit

- Proven ability to develop and monetize new business opportunities

- A big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality

- Experience and proven performance in Indian markets is a must. Experience in Middle East/Africa/US/Europe will be an added advantage.

Key responsibilities:

- Meeting Business revenue expectations from our Business Process Services and Digital Solutions

- Able to think strategically & understand complexities of global back office operations & pricing.

- Ability to handle our organic and inorganic growth expectations from existing as well as new Customers

- Has the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- In depth knowledge of industry and its current events

- Deep understanding of competitive products, applications, workflows, architectures and trends.

- Monitor competitive activity, and identify internal and external customer needs related to particular segment needs. Gather and analyze feedback from sales, marketing, development, our customers, and the market.

- Analyzing potential partner relationships for our products and services.

- Identify and represent subject development of appropriate sales and solution consulting collateral and the development of appropriate go to market strategies and campaigns.

- Will provide pro-active support to Product Development Team - on specifying market requirements for current and future products.

- This position will also be responsible for managing and providing sales training to national sales teams across all Branches.

- Engage User communities via speaking engagements, webcasts, developer forums, and blogs. Develop compelling sales content that crystallize key messages via contributed articles, white papers, and contents for our products.

- Will own the vertical strategy, future roadmap and revenue targets.

- Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

- Become an expert on other products in the marketplace.

- Be a go-to person and strategic leader within the company.

- Research and document product requirements and roadmaps with prioritized themes, features and fixes.

- Develop the product value proposition and messaging strategy and execution approach to differentiate our products in the market.

- Product Evangelization

Product Alliances

- Identify partners in the space and work with business development teams to connect our vision with those partners.

- Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of our products (e.g. creation of sales collateral, web content, presentations, whitepapers and other high-quality content)
